You will dive deep into a stack powered by Ruby on Rails, MongoDB, React, and Java, leveraging AI-augmented tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to accelerate troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. You’ll gain elite exposure to the entire data pipeline—from Edge Gateways to Azure/AWS Cloud—ensuring mission-critical data flows seamlessly. You are the face of Altizon post-go-live, using customer empathy and technical precision to transform complex blockers into sustained platform confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as first responder for customer incidents, alerts, and support requests
• Monitor and troubleshoot the end-to-end data and application pipeline: Edge Gateway → Data Ingestion → Platform Applications.
• Don’t just fix—evolve. Champion deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to build a proactive, “self-healing” ecosystem and eliminate recurring bottlenecks.
• Ensure timely acknowledgment, resolution, or escalation of issues within defined SLAs.

We are looking for an engineer with 2–4 years’ experience in industrial software, industry 4.0, manufacturing IT/OT who has strong ownership and willingness to travel to customer plant locations as needed for DFX solution rollouts. You’ll collaborate with plant teams, product engineering, and customer stakeholders to deliver reliable data pipelines, dashboards, and workflows—driving measurable outcomes on the shop floor. The role provides a unique blend of customer interaction and hands-on technical problem-solving and an opportunity to work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Altizon’s solutions across production lines (data acquisition → processing → visualization).
• Help to integrate with industrial systems: PLC/SCADA, historians, and machine interfaces using common industrial protocols using IoT gateways or Edge.
• Build and enhance lightweight application components (APIs, scripts, UI changes) to meet site-specific needs.
• Help Troubleshoot data quality and connectivity issues across edge, network, and cloud layers; communicate and coordinate with Customer Success Engineering (CSE) team to close these issues quickly.
