Eventful Year-end 2018

When it comes to spreading Industry 4.0 awareness, Altizon is at the forefront. Altizon team of experts in involved in various national and international initiatives around industry 4.0. Our experts are invited at various conferences and customer events to share knowledge and experience on Industry 4.0 implementations. As we close the year in the month of December, Altizon team was involved in various such activities.

1. NITIE Industry 4.0 Conference: National Institute of Technology for Industrial Engineering Mumbai, a leading institute for Industrial Engineering had organized 2 days conference on Changing Landscape of Industrial Engineering and Way Forward. Abhijit Mhetre, VP Marketing and Head of Education domain Altizon Systems participated in Panel Discussion along with other eminent industry experts. The panel discussed various aspects of how technology is influencing the change in the industrial world at a global level and what institutes can or should do to prepare the future workforce.

2. C4i4 Foundation Day: Center for Industry 4.0, C4i4 Lab recently celebrated its foundation day in Pune. C4i4 lab is formed with a vision to foster industry 4.0 awareness and education in western India cluster. This initiative is supported by the Department of Heavy Industries of Govt of India. Altizon is the founding member along with Kirloskar Group, Accurate, and Vishwakarma University. Altizon plays technology expert role. Yogesh Kulkarni, COO, and co-founder of Altizon Systems addressed the audience by sharing real success stories and experiences. Mr. Kulkarni said, “Our approach towards the customer is a journey from information to insights. This helps the company to achieve maximum benefits.

3. Industrial IoT Training at GTTC Mysore: Karnataka Government has initiated a mega project under which it has established advanced IoT and Mechatronics labs to train the future workforce on latest cutting-edge technologies such as IoT, 3D Printing, Robotics, and so forth. GTTC has selected Altizon’s Datonis IIoT Platform as a defacto platform for Industry 4.0. Part of the implementation, team Altizon conducted 3 days four module full fledge IoT and IIoT Platform training for the faculties. The participants who successfully completed the training received a formal certificate.

4. ISQ – 15th Annual Conference: The conference was held on 14th and 15th December on Quality 4.0 – Preparing for Digital Age. At this conference, Amol Mate – VP Industrial Business Unit at Altizon addressed the group on how Industrial IoT Technology is changing the way we look at Quality. How real-time machine data is bringing unprecedented transparency at every stage, every process and every level in the organization, taking quality to a whole new level.
