Altizon Named in Startup50-Networkworld’s Hot IoT Startups 2018
SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. and PUNE, India, May 16, 2018 – Altizon, a global industrial IIoT platform company, following a heated competition, this week was named a Startup50-Network World’s 10 Hot Internet of Things (IoT) Startups to Watch.
“We are very proud to be named one of the 10 Hot IoT companies to watch, with valuable exposure in Network World,” said Vinay Nathan, CEO Altizon Systems.” This is a great recognition for our Datonis IoT product suite and our dedicated team who is committed to enabling digital transformation worldwide.”
Longtime industry thought leader Jeff Vance began the competition to find the 10 Startups to Watch by looking at 79 different contenders. Through precursory applications, followed by rounds of voting and then in-depth information submissions, including each company’s funding, its value proposition, a review of each company’s market positioning, named customers and the strength of the company’s management team, the selection process was whittled down to the winning 10. While stating the reason to include Altizon in Top 10 IoT Startups to Watch in 2018, Jeff mentions –
“With $5M in VC funding, several named customers, and more than 150 implementations worldwide, Altizon has the right team in place and resources to give the Datonis suite a fighting chance when going up against incumbents and major multinationals”
